Halls Gap Lakeside Tourist Park
Experience nature and modern comfort in the heart of the Grampians
Your Retreat in the Heart of the Grampians
Nestled at the foot of the magnificent Grampians mountain range, Halls Gap Lakeside Tourist Park offers a truly authentic bush camping experience with all the modern comforts. We provide a peaceful and picturesque setting where you can wake up to the sight of kangaroos and emus grazing right outside your door. Our park is a haven for nature lovers, offering a wide variety of spacious powered and unpowered campsites, as well as a selection of comfortable cabins to suit every budget and group size. We pride ourselves on our meticulous grounds, which feature open spaces for kids to play and a serene, lakeside ambience that encourages relaxation.
A key highlight of our park is the unique wood-fire heated outdoor pool, which operates year-round and is the perfect way to unwind after a day of hiking and exploring. We also understand that the quintessential Aussie camping experience isn’t complete without a campfire, which is why we provide fire drums and wood for hire, allowing you to enjoy the warmth and atmosphere of an open fire on your site (except during total fire bans). Our camp kitchen is fully equipped, and we offer individual bathrooms for added privacy and convenience.
The Grampians is a region of stunning natural beauty and is a paradise for outdoor adventurers. From the park, you have direct access to some of Victoria’s most spectacular hiking trails, leading to breathtaking lookouts like The Pinnacle and Boroka Lookout. You can also explore the region’s rich Aboriginal history at Brambuk, the National Park and Cultural Centre, or enjoy a day out with the family at the Halls Gap Zoo. Our friendly staff are local experts and are always on hand to help you plan your itinerary, whether you’re looking for the best walking trails, fishing spots, or a great local café to grab a coffee.
