Waste Disposal: A FREE PUBLIC DUMP POINT is located approximately 500 meters from the reserve on Wimmera Street (near the entrance to the Riverside Holiday Park).
Potable Water: Fresh drinking water is available at the Wimmera Street service point for refilling RV tanks.
Camping: The reserve itself is a designated "RV Friendly" stop, allowing free overnight parking for fully self-contained vehicles for up to 24 hours.

Toilets: Public toilets are available within the recreation reserve precinct near the river.
Space: The area is noted for its wide-open spaces and ease of access for "Big Rigs," buses, and large caravans.
Pet-Friendly: Dogs are welcome within the reserve but must remain on a leash.
Recreation: Situated beside the Wimmera River, the reserve features walking tracks, a playground, and proximity to local sporting clubs.
The service facilities are split between the main camping reserve and the dedicated service point in the town center.
Main Access (Reserve): From the Western Highway (A8), turn into the Dimboola township and follow Lloyd Street all the way to its southern end. The Dimboola Recreation Reserve is located at the end of the road, fronting the river.
Dump Point Access: The dump point is located on Wimmera Street. From the Lloyd Street shops, head south-west on Wimmera Street toward the river bridge.
On-Site (Dump Point): The disposal unit and water tap are positioned on the left-hand side near the Riverside Holiday Park Dimboola, before you cross the bridge.
Navigation: Both sites offer level, sealed access suitable for large vehicles. The dump point is specifically designed for drive-through use to avoid the need for reversing.
Note: This facility is maintained by the Hindmarsh Shire Council. While the service is free, travelers are encouraged to support the local community by visiting the town’s cafes and the unique "Old Shire Hall" gift shop.
