Facilities

This facility is a convenient service stop for those traveling along the Ninety Mile Beach, located right in the heart of the Golden Beach foreshore precinct.

• Waste Disposal: FREE PUBLIC DUMP POINT available for the disposal of grey and black water.
• Rinse Water: A dedicated rinse tap is provided at the unit for cleaning waste cassettes. Note that you may need a standard "dump point" or "vandal-proof" tap key to operate it.
• Toilets: Situated immediately adjacent to the Public Toilet Block which are maintained by the Wellington Shire Council.
• Potable Water: Important: There is no reticulated town water in Golden Beach. Potable drinking water is not available at the dump point and must be purchased via credit card at the Community Plant Nursery.
• Maneuverability: Located in a sealed foreshore car park with ample space for most motorhomes and caravans to pull in and out.

How to Find This Location

The dump point is centrally located within the Golden Beach township, positioned between the community hub and the beach.

1. Main Access: Follow the Longford-Golden Beach Road into the town.

2. Direction: Turn onto Shoreline Drive, which is the primary road running parallel to the coast.

3. Landmark: Look for the Golden Beach Community Hall on the corner of Shoreline Drive and Surf Edge Drive. 

4. On-Site: The dump point is positioned in the foreshore car park directly at the rear of the Community Hall, right in front of the main public toilet block.
