This facility is managed by the Rotary Club of Echuca-Moama and provides essential services for self-contained travelers within a scenic parkland setting overlooking the Campaspe River.
Waste Disposal: Features a dedicated sewage dump point for the disposal of grey and black water.
Access: Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Fees: A $5 donation is requested for the use of the dump point and water for those not staying overnight. For those staying, a $10 donation per night is appreciated (self-registration is available at the secretary's office).
Potable Water: Fresh drinking water is available via dedicated taps (some taps may be removed to prevent misuse, but water remains accessible near the dump point).
Park Features: * Self-Contained Only: Note that public toilets are generally locked and only opened for organized events; travelers must be fully self-contained.
Pet-Friendly: Dogs are permitted within the grounds but must be kept on a lead at all times.
Waste Management: Rubbish skips are provided on-site for resident campers.
Maneuverability: The park features a large gravel arena and wide internal tracks, making it easily accessible for "Big Rigs," large motorhomes, and caravans.
The dump point is located within the Rotary Park - Self Contained Caravan and RV Park precinct, situated at the southern end of the Echuca township.
Main Access: From the Northern Highway (B75), follow the signs toward the center of town and turn onto Rose Street.
Entrances: The park has two main entrances: one directly off the highway and a secondary entrance off Rose Street.
On-Site: Follow the internal "One Way Track" toward the service area. The dump point is positioned for easy drive-through access, typically near the main amenities block and the miniature railway track.
Landmark: The park is adjacent to the Echuca Miniature Railway and provides views over the Campaspe River.
Navigation: The site is level and offers plenty of room for maneuvering large trailers without the need for reversing.
