Portland Tourist Park: Your Nature & Wildlife Getaway

Escape to a natural bushland setting at Portland Tourist Park, a serene holiday destination set on five hectares of beautiful landscape. Our park is a true haven for wildlife enthusiasts, famously home to a population of resident koalas that frequent the gum trees throughout the property. It’s a unique opportunity to get up close with one of Australia’s most iconic animals in a relaxed and natural environment. While offering a peaceful retreat shared with native birds and wildlife, the park is conveniently located just 1.7 kilometres from the historic heart of Portland, Victoria’s first European settlement. Our park is the perfect base for exploring the rich history and dramatic natural beauty of the Discovery Coast. Portland is a paradise for anglers, and we cater specifically to fishing holidays with a dedicated boat wash bay, ample boat parking, and a large freezer in the camp kitchen to store your prized catch. From here, you can explore the rugged cliffs of Cape Nelson, witness the world’s only mainland gannet colony at Point Danger, or embark on a section of the magnificent Great South West Walk. We offer a wide range of comfortable and modern accommodation to suit all budgets, from spacious self-contained cabins to ensuite, powered, and unpowered sites for caravans and campers. With fantastic facilities and a welcoming atmosphere, Portland Tourist Park is the ideal choice for families, nature lovers, and fishing groups alike.
